The queen room is clean, recently updated, and has a nice, bright bathroom; the self-service area is conveniently located.

A really good way to end my trip.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice our stay was at this Holiday Inn. The service at the front desk was always quick and friendly, staff was very nice and accommodating, rooms were exceptionally clean and updated, the nice pool and hot tub were an added bonus and the breakfast in the morning was well stocked and delicious. I would most definitely stay here again if my family and I are in the area.

The staff here is amazing and helpful, the location is convenient with nearby restaurants and a winter park, as well as grocery stores, the building and rooms are lovely, and having a jacuzzi tub is a nice touch.

I like the big bathrooms. I also like having a microwave and a small fridge in the room.I like not having to bring extra things if I know I can get them there. I thought the room was very clean. I also liked the flexibility of being able to check in when I made it to the hotel late at night. I love the breakfast. I like the pancakes made from the machine. Great idea!

The clock was plugged in to the main switch. When you turned off the lights, you turned off the clock and I had to reset it. I like to have a blanket available in case I get cold. Everyone likes the A/C on and I need the blanket.

Comfortable, easily accessible, close-parked car in ground-floor unit

Provision of handrail to assist physically handicapped with access to bath/shower combination would be a good and inexpensive improvement.

Cozy Room and Great Service!

The service here was excellent. Our room was spacious and themed, featuring comfy furniture and a relaxing spa tub 🛁. This place is conveniently located near grocery stores, Winter Park Co, and plenty of restaurants.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had an issue with our key card not working, but they quickly moved us to another room. The breakfast was fair and the coffee was available 24/7. I would recommend this hotel.

They upgraded to a really nice room

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room with a jacuzzi was a perfect place to unwind and feel relaxed.

The place was clean with a very professional and helpful staff. We stayed in the queen room that was themed and with comfortable bed. The location offered was easy just off restaurants, Provo and grocery stores. We greatly enjoyed sleeping 2 nights in this hotel.

Good locations

We got sick from your breakfasts on sunday the 29th. We check out early and had to go home. Was not able to perform our last show at Herber valley railroad. When we check out the counter lady inform me several people were checking out do to they also go sick. Was not a good stay for us.

Very comfortable and clean! Loved the warm cookies when we arrived!

If possible, could you place a sign, or let other patrons know to wear clothes and shoes when coming to breakfast? My party was disgusted by the lack of appropriate attire and barefooted adults and children attending the public breakfast area! "No shirt, no shoes, no service!"
